The world is on the verge of a major transformation. The 2020s are the decisive decade and we know the choices we make matter. Businesses play a vital role in shaping this transition and we need emboldened leaders to guide us into the future.
It's a big responsibility and it can be difficult to know where to even begin, but that’s why we’re here to help.
In our full-day flagship workshop, we take senior leaders and employees* off-site for a defining experience where you will break down your company purpose and piece it back together, together. This is a safe space where colleagues are encouraged to be open and vulnerable to create deeper connections to yourself and each other. Collectively you will reimagine the future of your company and ideate long-term strategies that are meaningful to you and your team.
* As best practice, we recommend all senior leadership attend, as well as select employees. We will discuss this with you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our full-day workshop encompasses the three key areas of our methodology. We will explore:
Which parts of your business are worth nurturing? Which parts no longer serve you, your community or the planet? We will identify the ‘why’ of your business, including your personal and shared values, through first exploring the root causes of our local and global issues and collectively unpicking assumptions.
To create real, transformative change we need to explore possible futures outside the confines of our current realities. Imagination is the key that unlocks these paths forward. We will harness imagination to collectively identify a clear vision of the change you want to see and explore possible strategies for creating this future.
How can we create the most impactful change? Where is the most effective place to start? How do we sustain the transition? Equipped with a shared purpose and goal, we will explore the systems you operate within and identify new, bold opportunities to reduce risk and generate positive value throughout your company.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Our Sustainable Leadership Workshops are for companies who are open to change. You may be:
> just starting out and wanting to define your purpose.
> looking to level-up your sustainability efforts.
> stagnant, lacking impetus and needing to shake things up.
Who this is not for (but who definitely needs it):
> companies looking for quick-fixes and greenwashing tactics.
DOING MORE GOOD, EFFORTLESSLY
Building community and connection is central to our work. When you purchase a Sustainable Leadership Workshop, you sponsor a half-day workshop for students within your local community. This helps to combat the rising levels of anxiety in students, giving them an opportunity to find their own purpose and take action in their communities.
