How do you combat the rising anxiety in young adults? Empower them to shape the future.
Our half-day student workshops provide an antidote to this anxiety, building resilience through positive action. Through learner-generated exercises, students will explore three key areas of creating positive change and develop initiatives to address the issues that matter most to them.
“Will and Amy offered an outstanding session for each year group which encouraged both deep thinking and teamwork, raised awareness of some key issues in society and allowed our students to experience something completely different to the daily norm."
ANDREW DEAN, ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER, THE JOHN FISHER SCHOOL
The most impactful approach to sustainability is one that feels personally meaningful to you. Whether it’s homelessness, knife crime, bullying or climate change, we begin by exploring the issues that matter most to students and their interconnected nature.
We provide a safe space to have open conversations, debunk negative myths and explore limiting beliefs, helping them to identify their personal and shared values, free of bias or judgement.
As younger generations are set to inherit the planet, we show them that the future is not set in stone. In fact, the possibilities are limitless and they have the power to shape and determine it.
We harness their imagination to create a powerful vision of the world they want to see. We then identify possible ideas and initiatives that could help to create this world.
Equipped with a shared purpose and goal, students work in groups to develop a meaningful initiative to implement social action within their communities. Students also gain the skills and confidence to carry out their projects after the workshop and continue shaping the future within their lives.
Our workshop package includes resources that can further help students to carry out their positive change projects.
“The initiatives the students come up with may not change the world, but they can change the world in their heads, and that’s equally important.”

“Thank you for coming here! It was such a special afternoon to me because I could realise that I have enough power in my hands to actually do something to help us get closer to the world I saw when I closed my eyes in that room. I’m really looking forward to joining a volunteer group once I’m back in Brazil.
I also expect to be more proactive when it comes to neighbourhood issues. Thank you for providing us with such a mind-opening experience”

Sounds great, but your school is underfunded?
Building community and connection is central to our work. Each corporate Sustainable Leadership Workshop includes sponsorship of a student workshop for a low-funded school. We are able to offer these workshops free-of-charge for a number of schools, so please get in touch if you would like a workshop and need support.
